Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has officially opened the Al Samha Housing Project, a substantial residential development valued at Dh738 million, aimed at boosting living standards and fostering community growth in Abu Dhabi. This ambitious project is set across a 50-hectare site and comprises 242 villas, enhancing the emirate’s housing landscape.
The development also includes 33 public parks and green spaces, a mosque that can accommodate 644 worshippers, and two commercial centers featuring 38 retail outlets. A 3-kilometer cycling track is part of the project, promoting a modern, active lifestyle among residents.
Authorities have highlighted the project as a reflection of the UAE’s ongoing commitment to developing integrated residential communities that support family stability and improve the quality of life for its citizens. The initiative is designed to offer spacious housing along with community facilities and recreational amenities.
Part of the Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, the Al Samha Housing Project aims to meet the needs of Emirati families and represents a significant step forward in expanding modern housing options. It underscores a broader strategy to drive sustainable urban development across Abu Dhabi, ensuring that the needs of its citizens are met through well-planned residential solutions.
